Much of our business comes from client referrals or additional searches within an existing client company. This says a lot of the quality of candidates we place and the attentive service we provide. We also understand what a great responsibility this is as we are often the first contact a potential client has with your company.
Tracey is particularly skilled in placing candidates in financial positions because she worked in the field herself. After graduating from the University of Houston at Clear Lake, Tracey began her career at Deloitte and Touche in Houston as a CPA where she worked on oil, gas and financial services audits. After moving back to her hometown of Dallas, Tracey worked in the Corporate Accounting department of a Telecom leader, DSC (now known as Alcatel) and at The Associates Mortgage Company as the SEC Reporting Manager before finding her career niche in the recruiting profession.
